FAQ/Practical info

• The Exhibitors Portal is an online environment where you can manage your stand booking, register stand personnel, book (conference) tickets , download invitations and banners and find all practical information regarding Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference.

• The RAI webshop, which you can access through the Exhibitors Portal, is the webshop of RAI Amsterdam, the exhibition venue. In this webshop you can order facilities such as (extra) stand order, catering, electricity, parking tickets, permits, cleaning and personnel services.

* Please note that co-exhibitors do not receive login details for the RAI webshop, all orders must be made by the main booker.

You are allowed to contract a different supplier for products and services such as:

• AV equipment
• furniture
• carpeting
• stand wall graphics

* Exhibitors with a space only participation package are allowed to build their stand with a constructor of their choice.

It is not allowed to contract a different supplier for the following products and services:

• catering
• electricity
• rigging
• water connections
• transport and logistics

In the RAI webshop you can order (extra) facilities for your exhibition participation, such as:

• stand extra’s
• furniture
• AV Equipment
• catering
• electricity
• parking tickets
• water connections
• permits
• cleaning
• personnel services

Your order is directly placed with RAI Amsterdam, the exhibition venue.

Water connections are supplied bij RAI Amsterdam, the exhibition venue, and can be ordered in the RAI webshop. The RAI webshop can be reached through our Exhibitors Portal.

Please note that not all stand locations are suitable for water connections, please check with RAI Amsterdam whether or not your stand location is suitable.

Electricity is supplied by RAI Amsterdam, the exhibition venue, and can be ordered in the RAI webshop. The RAI webshop can be reached through our Exhibitors Portal.

Please note that full-service stands are already equipped with a 3kw power connection with 2 inlets. Exhibitors that have booked a space only package or those that are hosting a pavillion, are required to order their own electricity.

To order furniture from our official supplier, please login to the Exhibitors Portal.  All extra furniture can be ordered in the RAI Webshop.

If you would like to order extra furniture during construction days, please visit the Exhibitor Services Desk in Entrance K or order in the RAI Webshop. Please note that the furniture available during construction days is always subject to change and depends on the stock at that time.

We would like to bring to your attention that the full-service stands are already well-equipped with the included furniture package. Extra furniture may not be necessary.

(Extra) costs for furniture orders are paid by the exhibitor, also when the furniture package included in the full-service particpation is cancelled.

If you want to cancel your full-service furniture package, please send an e-mail to service@offshore-energy.biz.

All catering at Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference is supplied by RAI Amsterdam, the exhibition venue. Please note that it is not permitted by RAI Amsterdam to bring your own catering, and that catering services may only exclusively be ordered from the RAI webshop.

Full-service Catering

• The full-service package is suited for 4 persons.
• All day coffee & tea available from all catering area’s with the presentation of the exhibitor badge.

All full-service stands are provided with a basic catering package intended for your stand personnel, if you
would like to order extra catering you can order extra’s in the RAI Webshop or contact RAI Exhibitor Services
(es@RAI.nl). Please note that any extra’s ordered in the RAI Webshop are for the own expenses of the exhibitor
and need to be paid to RAI directly by credit card.

Space-only Catering

It is not permitted by RAI Amsterdam to bring your own catering, and that catering services may only exclusively be ordered from the RAI webshop.

• Electrically operated hoists or manual hoists and truss systems are also available for rental.
• The rigging will take place on Sunday and Monday, during the stand construction hours.

rigging@mansveldexpotech.nl 
Please note that rigging is only allowed above your own stand.

Full-service stands and luxury stand construction are constructed by one of our partners A-Booth Exhibition Services or Hestex Systems BV.
