Graphics have different sizes depending on the type ordered.

It is possible to decorate your desk (part of the full-service furniture package) with a graphic, size 97cm x 97cm.  To order please check the RAI Webshop. The RAI Webshop can be accessed via the Exhibitor Portal.

The organization offers two different options to decorate your stand walls:

Sticker wall graphics

• graphic printed on vinyl and applied to walls directly as a sticker.
• metal strips from the stand construction will be visible between the graphics.

Graphics in slim frame

• graphics printed on fabric, seamless and stretched in a metal frame.
• maximum length that can be framed is 10 meters x 2.50 meters.
• minimum order for this type of graphic is 2 meter x 2.50 meter.

The raised floor will have the same dimension as your stand. The height will be 10 cm’s.

Some stands need a corner storage and/or a raised floor, because they have a power distribution box inside. You can find out if your stand has a power distribution box by clicking on your stand on the floorplan. If a power distribution box is inside it will be mentioned in the description.

In these stands, a corner storage and/or raised floor is needed to neatly and safely tuck the electricity and water cables away.

Yes, the door in the corner storage has a lock. A key will be provided by the booth constructor. If the key is missing, please report this to the Exhbitor Services Desk in Entrance K during build-up. (triangular desk with blue lights)

The standard size of a corner storage is 100 cm x 100 cm (1×1 meter), but you can build a corner storage to your size specifications. For more information, please see the RAI Webshop or contact RAI Exhibitor Services directly using es@rai.nl or call +31 (0)20 5491928

A corner storage is a storage space for you, created in the corner of your stand. It is made from stand wall panels and has a door that can be locked. You can use the corner storage to hide materials out of sight or store valuables you wish to keep near by. The standard size of a corner storage is 100 cm x 100 cm (1×1 meter).

The main exhibitor can add one or multiple co-exhibitors in their application form, which can be accessed through the Exhibitors Portal.

After placing the order, the co-exhibitor will receive an invitation by e-mail to complete their own application form. Their participation is confirmed once the form is completed.

The Exhibitors Portal will be opened at the end of May 2024.

You will receive an email announcing the opening of the Exhibitor Portal from our event coordinator Nancy Slob-Corpeleijn (ns@navingo.com). The email will explain what you can find in the Exhibitors Portal and how to use it. The Exhibitors Portal can be found here: http://exhibitorsportal.offshore-energy.biz
