The clean up time for full-service package stands is:

• Wednesday 27 November 2024 | 19:00 – 23.00 hrs

The set up times for full-service package stands are:

• Monday 25 November 2024 | 12:00 – 18:00 hrs
• Tuesday 26 November 2024 | 8:00 – 9:30 hrs

Please note:

• On Monday, all stands are constructed by noon. Please note that other facilities, such as furniture and AV equipment, may take a bit longer to complete because of the large amount of stands.
• All aisles must be free on Tuesday and Wednesday at 9:30 hrs

Early build-up

One month before the event, Rai will give an update on whether or not the halls are available for early build-up on Saturday 25th of November. If this become available an email will be sent out in the first week of November to all exhibitors.
Please note that early build-up is not free, a fee will be charged per square meter. Ordering early-build-up can be booked in the Rai Webshop when it becomes available. To go to the RAI Webshop, please log into the Exhibitors Portal.

No, drilling holes in stand walls is not allowed. If any damage is done to the stand walls, the stand constructor will send you an invoice. The costs depend on the amount of damage done to the walls.

It is allowed to hang up posters in your stand, however please keep in mind that no damage can be done to the stand walls. No drilling or tacking is allowed.

The organization offers stand hooks and special tape in order for you to hang up your materials. You can pick these up, free of charge, at the Exhibitor Services Desk in Entrance K.

Full-service exhibitors

• Full-service participants will receive their parking tickets at the event. They will be brought to your stand. Each parking permit is valid from two days before the first event day until one day after the event and can be used to leave the parking garage as often as required.
• Please note that these permits act as exit tickets and you will need them to leave the car park, so please keep them safe as they will allow you unlimited access.
• Please note that the two parking permits are not included when you are co-exhibiting.

Space only exhibitors

• Space only exhibitors do not have parking permits included in their participation package and therefore will not receive parking tickets. Extra parking tickets can be ordered in the Rai Webshop. Pavilion participants

• Please consult your pavilion host about the facilities included in your participation package.

During Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference, free of charge wireless internet is available for visitors, delegates and exhibitors. This is an open source network. The speed of the internet depends on the number of users at that particular moment (250KB). You will find the login details for the wireless network on your exhibitor information package and on several signs across the event.

Please note! If you are dependent on an internet connection, we advise to order a wired internet connection, instead of using the Wi-Fi network provided by the organization. You can order a wired internet connection in the RAI webshop, through our Exhibitors Portal.

Yes. On Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 November, the full-service stands will be cleaned at the end of the day. This includes vacuuming and cleaning of all horizontal surfaces.

We kindly request you to tidy up your stand before you leave. Make sure dirty dishes and other items are cleared away so the cleaning staff can clean your stand thoroughly. Please note the service does not include cleaning of AV equipment, computers, etc.

Please note:

• The stand cleaning service is included in the full-service participation package; it is not included for exhibitors who have space only packages or participate in pavilions.

Standard stand walls are white, choosing a different color is only possible with luxury stand construction.

The standard color for full-service stand walls is white.

The stand walls are 100 cm x 250 cm (width x height).

The printable area of a stand wall is 97 cm x 246 cm (width x height).

The desk that is part of the full-service furniture package has a size of 100cm x 100cm x 50cm (width x height x depth)

We would like to bring to your attention that the full-service stands are already well-equipped with the included furniture package. Extra furniture may not be necessary.

Please note: (Extra) costs for furniture orders are paid by the exhibitor, also when the exhibitor wants to replace their full-service furniture package with other furniture pieces.

Yes, full-service stands are including furniture. The amount of furniture depends on the stand size.

Yes, every full-service exhibitor will have their company name printed on the fascia board. You can upload your fascia text in the Exhibitors Portal, under ‘Company information’.

Please note:

• Every full-service exhibitor has 25 characters on fascia board included in their package.
• If you would like to use more than 25 characters, you will be charged an extra € 35,-. The maximum amount of characters is 44.

Yes, every full-service exhibitor will have their company logo attached to the fascia board (50×30 cm) . You can upload your logo (preferably both .JPG and .EPS files) in the Exhibitors Portal, under ‘Company information’.

Every full-service exhibitor has 25 characters on fascia board included in their package. If you would like to use more than 25 characters, you will be charged an extra € 35,-. The maximum amount of characters is 44.

A fascia board is a sign on each of the open sides of your stand that includes your company name and stand number.

• Do you need more power? Extra electricity can be ordered in the RAI webshop, accessible through our Exhibitors Portal.
• Electricity is not included with a space only package, these exhibitors are required to order their own electricity in de RAI webshop.
• Are you participating in a pavilion? Please consult your pavilion host about the facilities included in your participation.

Yes, full-service stands are including lighting. One spotlight is used per 4 m2. The spots will be attached to your stand walls.

Yes, full-service stands are including carpeting. The size of the carpet tiles is 1×1 meter and the standard color is anthracite.

• If you would like to order another carpet color than anthracite, please see the order form in our Exhibitors Portal.
• Carpeting is not included with a space only package. If you booked a space only package and wish to order carpeting, please refer to the Exhibitors Portal and use the order form.

You are free to decorate your full-service stand within the size of your stand. If you wish to design and construct a custom made stand, you need to opt for a space only package instead of a full-service package.
