Please note that safety shoes are required during setup/breakdown and that a safety helmet is mandatory when the red beacon lights in the event halls are in use.

No, drilling holes in stand walls is not allowed. If any damage is done to the stand walls, the stand constructor will send you an invoice. The costs depend on the amount of damage done to the walls.

It is allowed to hang up posters in your stand, however please keep in mind that no damage can be done to the stand walls. No drilling or tacking is allowed.

Please consult your pavilion host about the facilities included in your participation package or if they can arrange parking tickets for you.

During the event, free of charge wireless internet is available for visitors, delegates and exhibitors. This is an open source network. The speed of the internet depends on the number of users at that particular moment (250KB). You will find the login details for the wireless network on your exhibitor information package and on several signs across the event.

Please note! If you are dependent on an internet connection, we advise to order a wired internet connection, instead of using the Wi-Fi network provided by the organization. You can order a wired internet connection in the RAI webshop.

Yes. On Monday 24 and Tuesday 25 November, the full-service stands will be cleaned at the end of the day. This includes vacuuming and cleaning of all horizontal surfaces.

We kindly request you to tidy up your stand before you leave. Make sure dirty dishes and other items are cleared away so the cleaning staff can clean your stand thoroughly. Please note the service does not include cleaning of AV equipment, computers, etc.

• The stand cleaning service is included in the full-service participation package; it is not included for exhibitors who have space only packages or participate in pavilions.

The printable area of a stand wall is 97 cm x 246 cm (width x height).

The desk that is part of the full-service furniture package has a size of 100cm x 100cm x 50cm (width x height x depth).

We would like to bring to your attention that the full-service stands are already well-equipped with the included furniture package. Extra furniture may not be necessary.

Yes, full-service stands are including lighting. One spotlight is used per 4 m2. The spots will be attached to your stand walls.

Yes, full-service stands are including carpeting. The size of the carpet tiles is 1×1 meter and the standard color is anthracite.
