Where will my refrigerator be placed in the stand?

The refrigerator will be placed in the corner of your stand, but you are free to move it to any location in the stand you please.

What are the rules concerning bringing your own catering to RAI Amsterdam?

It is not permitted by RAI Amsterdam to bring your own catering to the event, catering may only exclusively be ordered from the RAI webshop.

The full-service catering package is not enough for all of my stand personnel, can I order an extra catering package?

Yes, this is possible. The full-service catering package includes lunch, fruit and beverages for 4 persons. If you wish to upgrade your package to 8 or 12 persons, please send an email to service@offshore-energy.biz

If you wish to order other extra catering services, the RAI webshop offers plenty of options such as drinks, snacks and hors d’oeuvres. You can access the RAI webshop through the Exhibitors Portal.

I want to host a reception / social event on my stand, how do I order catering?

If you wish to order catering services, the RAI webshop offers you plenty of options such as drinks, snacks, hors d’oeuvres and even personnel to host your event. You can access the RAI webshop through our Exhibitors Portal.

Please note that the beverages included in the full-service catering package, are not sufficient for a reception or social event. We strongly advise you to order extra catering if you want to host a social event on your stand.

How do I order extra catering during the event?

There are three ways to order (extra) catering options during the event:

  • At your stand you will find an order form with a phone number you can call to order extra catering.
  • You can also place your order in the RAI webshop (in the Exhibitors Portal), the webshop will remain open during the event.
  • RAI Exhibitor Services provides a desk in the entrance area, where you can address their hosts with questions about (extra) webshop orders.

Where can I get extra waste bags?

Every exhibitor will receive three waste bags, one per day from Monday until Wednesday. At the end of each day, we ask you to tie up and place the waste bag in front of your stand. From there, they will be retrieved and processed by the cleaning staff.

If you or your stand constructor expect to have substantial waste from your stand, you can order extra waste bags and/or a container in the RAI webshop. You can access the RAI webshop through the Exhibitors Portal.

Please note that only waste bags distributed by the organization will be retrieved and processed by cleaning staff on account of the organization (maximum of one per day). If you have more waste, you are responsible for the collection and processing of the waste and charges will apply.

Will the refrigerator be refilled after the first exhibition day?

Yes, after the first exhibition day, your refrigerator will be restocked.

I don’t want my refrigerator, what do I do?

Please see the RAI webshop for more information about cancelling your refrigirator. To access the RAI webshop, please log into the Exhibitors Portal.

What are the dimensions of the refrigerator?

The dimensions are: 88 cm high x 60 cm deep x 55 cm wide.

Does the full-service catering package include a refrigerator?

Every full-service stand exhibitor (and other exhibitors that have opted for a full-service catering package) will receive a refrigerator on their stand.

Please note that the full-service catering package is not automatically included for:

  • space only stands
  • participants of pavilions
  • Startup Zone participants

Your refrigerator will be filled with various kinds of soft drinks and water, beer and wine (wine in 0,75 L bottles). At the end of the first event day your refrigerator will be refilled.

The refrigerator will be placed in a corner of your stand and has a dimension of 88 cm high x 60 cm deep x 55 cm wide.

Are condiments included in the full-service catering package?

Yes, condiments are included in the full-service catering package.

Is coffee / tea included in the full-service catering package?

Yes, coffee and tea are included in the full-service catering package. You can use your badge at any of the Rai Catering points to get unlimited coffee and/or tea of choice.

Are alcoholic beverages included in the full-service catering package?

Beer and wine are included in the full-service catering package:

  • 6 bottles of Heineken beer
  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1 bottle of white wine

Please note that these are per day. At the end of the day the fridge is restocked.

If you think you need extra’s, please order in the RAI Webshop, which can be found in the Exhibitors Portal.

Is glassware included in the full-service catering package?

Yes, all glassware and condiments are included in the full-service catering package.

I have a space only stand, can I order the full-service catering package?

Yes, this is possible.

If you wish to order , please visit the RAI webshop through our Exhibitors Portal.

I don’t want the full-service catering package, what do I do?

To cancel your full-service catering package and receive a refund, please send your request to service@offshore-energy.biz. The deadline for canceling your catering package will be announced soon.

Please note that catering orders made through the RAI webshop cannot be cancelled or adjusted by us. You can contact RAI Exhibitor Services (exhibitorservices@rai.nl) if you have questions about webshop orders.

For how many people is the full-service catering package?

The full-service catering package is intended for approximately 4 persons.

For all other (extra) catering services, drinks or snacks, the RAI webshop offers many options. The RAI webshop is accessible through the Exhibitors Portal.

Please note that the full-service catering package is not automatically included for:

  • space only stands
  • participants of pavilions
  • Startup Zone participants

What is the full-service catering package?

The full-service catering package caters 4 persons and is included in the participation fee of a full-service stand. It entails the following:

* Refrigerator filled with an assortment of drinks:

  • 20 bottles (20 cl) of soda (Pepsi, Pepsi Max, Sisi & 7-Up)
  • 5 bottles (20 cl) of sparkling water
  • 5 bottles (20 cl) of spring water
  • 6 bottles of Heineken beer
  • 1 bottle of red wine
  • 1 bottle of white wine

Unlimited coffee and tea at all the Rai Catering area’s.

* Lunch consisiting of assorted sandwiches & a freshly made smoothie.

All plates, glassware, condiments and utensils are included.

  2. Please note that the full-service catering package is intended for the staff in your stand, and not to serve to visitors at your stand. The catering team restockes your refrigerator after the first event day.
  3. If you wish to order (extra) catering services, the RAI webshop offers plenty of options such as drinks, snacks and hors d’oeuvres. You can access the RAI webshop through our Exhibitors Portal.
  4. Please note that the full-service catering package is not automatically included for:
    – Space-only stands
