Book a Meeting Room
A more general service if you want to meet with several contacts at the same time, will be the on-floor meeting rooms, located near the Business Lounge and Conference Area. The rooms are equipped with an LCD screen with internal media player, a flip over, presentation desk, watercooler & are including coffee and/or tea.
There are two sizes of Meeting Room
- Small – Suitable for up to 6 people in a boardroom setting or up to 20 people in a theatre/presentation setting.
- Large – Suitable for up to 12 persons in a board room setting or up to 40 people in a theatre/presentation setting.
- 10:00 – 12:00
- 12:30 – 14:30
- 15:00 – 17:00
Pricing
- Small: 300 euro per timeslot
- Large: 600 euro per timeslot
Please note that the catering such as lunch is not included in the meeting rooms, for extra catering a ticket to the Business Lounge can be purchased for a surcharge of 40 euro per day. If you would like custom catering, contact es@rai.nl
The meeting room is not including entrance tickets, please make sure that the attendees are all registered for the event.
