Yes, this is allowed. Two-level stands do however require a permit. The permit can be obtained in the RAI webshop, which is accessible through our Exhibitors Portal.

• The maximum height of the exhibition halls is 10 meters. The organisation does not have a maximum build height, but advises not to build the stand higher than 6 meters due to rigging from the ceiling.
• Exhibitors with stands higher than 2.50 meters are required to finish the back of their stand so no wires or woodwork is visible. The preferred color of this finish is white.If exhibitors (or their stand builders) ignore this rule, the stand will be finished by stand constructor and any costs incurred will be charged to the exhibitor.
• Please note that stands located underneath the balconies have a height restriction, the maximum building height is 3 meters. These stands are marked with a green star on the floor plan.

The maximum floor load for halls 1 up-to-and-including 5 of RAI Amsterdam is 3,000kg per m2.

Please note:

• In addition, the maximum load for stands underneath the balcony in hall 1 is 500 kg per m2.
• If you exceed this weight and/or cause damage to the floor, RAI Amsterdam reserves the right to invoice the cost of floor reparations.
• If you wish to place heavy equipment on your stand, please contact our logistics partner DB Schenker, You will find their order form in the Rai Webshop.

The deconstruction of custom made stands will take place on:

• Wednesday 27 November 2024 | 19:00 – 23:00 hrs
• Thursday 28 November 2024 | 8:00 – 18:00 hrs

The construction of custom made stands will take place on:

• Sunday 24 November 2024 | 8:00 – 23:00 hrs
• Monday 25 November 2024 | 8:00 – 18:00 hrs

It is possible to apply for early build-up on Saturday 23th of November. If you wish to construct on Saturday, please contact RAI Exhibitor Services es@rai.nl or +31 20 5491928 to request your offer.

Please note!: There are costs associated with early build-up. You’re only entitled to an early build-up, if RAI has given approval.

Yes, the deadline to submit your design for custom made stand construction is October 27, 2024. Please send your design to: service@offshore-energy.biz.

Space-only 

If you have booked a space only package you are free to design your own stand with the constructor of your choice. If you are having trouble finding a suitable stand constructor, we are happy to advise you.

Full-service

A full-service package gets a regular stand design. You can customise your own graphics in the RAI webshop, which is accessible through our Exhibitors Portal.

Facilities such as electricity, a water connection or catering can be ordered in the RAI webshop, which you can access through our Exhibitors Portal. Your order is directly placed with RAI Amsterdam, the exhibition venue.

A space only package only includes the square meters of floor, it offers the possibility to design your stand with a constructor of your choice.

Facilities such as electricity, water and catering are not included in a space only package. Of course you can purchase these facilities seperately, please visit the RAI webshop via our Exhibitors Portal to discover all possibilities. Your order is directly placed with RAI Amsterdam, the exhibition venue.
