• on the exhibitor list

Please note!: We cannot guarantee that details submitted after the deadline will be published in the event guide.

Tickets for Offshore Energy Conference & Exhibition can be booked up until the event.

• Are you an exhibitor/stand personnel?
  Tickets are available in our Exhibitors Portal.
• Are you a visitor? 
  You can book tickets in our regular registration tool.

Stand personnel can be registered until 24 hours before the event.  The stand personnel registration tool is available in the Exhibitors Portal.

Please register your stand personnel before arriving at RAI Amsterdam, the exhibition venue. It will save you a lot of time at the registration desks in Entrance K, where you will receive your stand personnel badge. The number of stand personnel you may register depends on the size of your stand. If you want to include more personnel on your stand, you can order extra tickets in the exhibitor portal at a standard discount price of 50%. You will receive the invoice for extra ordered tickets after the exhibition.

Graphics can be ordered in the Rai Webshop until 30-10-2024, after this date a late fee of 20% will be charged.

We would like to bring to your attention that the full-service stands are already well-equipped with the included furniture package. Extra furniture may not be necessary.

Please note:

• (Extra) costs for furniture orders are paid by the exhibitor, also when the exhibitor wants to replace their full-service furniture package with other furniture pieces.

• If you are a full-service exhibitor and would like to cancel your furniture package, please send an e-mail to service@offshore-energy.biz.

• If you would like to order (extra) furniture during construction and event days, please visit the RAI Exhibitor Services Desk in Entrance K.  Extra furniture that is ordered onsite is always subject to change and depends on the stock at that time.
