Critical Minds Young Professionals Program
In the technical sector, the emphasis in personal development is often on professional knowledge and substantive expertise. But at Critical Minds, we see that developing personal leadership offers a huge opportunity. For more than 12 years, we have been training self-aware professionals who make a difference in technical environments. In addition to the Leadership in Technology program, with which we have now inspired more than 60 leaders, we started a program especially for Young Professionals in 2024. And with success: we will now start the fifth edition of our 3-day Young Professional Program in the spring of 2027! In this program, we help young professionals (up to 35 years old) to understand themselves better, communicate more effectively and make more impact in their role. We are proud of the many participants who, thanks to this program, make the impact they want to make with more confidence and pleasure.
