Would you like to distribute samples or leaflets in the entrance area, in front of the exhibition halls? We offer flyering as a sponsor option. Please contact your account manager or send a message to sales@offshore-energy.biz for more information.

No. Insurance for fire, public liability and theft must be taken out by each exhibitor at their own expense. The insurance is to cover the full period of occupancy of the premises by the exhibitor, its agents and employees.

Can I display something in a water tank?

If you have open water or other liquids at your stand, a permit is compulsory in order to prevent legionella disease. This permit is free of charge. The application form for a permit can be found in the RAI webshop.

The Wi-Fi information will be displayed during the event.

You can find it on the banners, screens and in the event guide. And of course you can always ask one of our staff members for the credentials.
