RAI Parking
Here you can buy your parking ticket or parking permit for during the event.
RAI Entry pass
Each transporter, stand builder and exhibitor that visits the RAI must be in possession of a valid badge during build-up and breakdown. Here you can register for a build-up/breakdown badge.

If you’re looking for accommodation near RAI Amsterdam, there are several great options to suit different budgets and needs.
Popular choices include:
All within close proximity to the venue. For budget-friendly stays, Motel One Amsterdam and easyHotel Amsterdam are excellent options. Most accommodations are around 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport by car or train and offer easy access to RAI Amsterdam via walking, biking, or public transport from the Amsterdam RAI train/metro station. Many also provide shuttle services or taxi options. If you’re driving, on-site parking is available at many locations, though fees may apply, and RAI Amsterdam also offers parking facilities. Business travelers will find that accommodations like Novotel Amsterdam City and nhow Amsterdam RAI offer meeting rooms, workspaces, and high-speed WiFi for a productive stay.
Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is located a mere 15 minutes from RAI Amsterdam whether you travel by car, train, taxi or bus. The Amsterdam Airport Schiphol website provides information including: up-to-the-minute flight information, connecting transport facilities to RAI Amsterdam and business facilities.
No one under the age of 15 will be able to attend Offshore Energy unless they have obtained the prior written consent of the organizers. Such written consent can be overruled by the event locations policy. Visitors are advised to check current admission regulations with the relevant event location.

This is possible in the RAI Business Centre which located in the Passage below the Elicium (accessible via Entrance D, take the escalator down) and offers a wide range of services such as:

Yes. An ATM can be found at two entrances of RAI Amsterdam; entrance C and entrance K.
Entrance K is the main entrance for Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference.
The cloakrooms are located at Entrance K of RAI Amsterdam. They are opened during event days, but not during (de)construction days.

At this triangular white desk you will be welcomed by RAI Exhibitor Services staff, who can help you with all your inquiries regarding facilities provided by RAI, such as electricity or catering.
Yes. RAI Amsterdam is accessible for people using a wheelchair. The aisles at the show floor are spacious (3 meters width) and the surface is flat. Elevators and disability toilets are available.

Yes, the baby care lounge is located at level -1 of the Elicium.
The two seperate Baby Care Lounges are equipped with a comfortable chair, a baby changing bench with cushion and a sink with hot and cold water. The rooms can be locked from the inside by means of a cylinder lock.
The Prayer Room has a washroom and two private cubicles where our guests, regardless of their faith, can pray or meditate in a peaceful environment. The Prayer Room is always open and accessible via Entrance D at level -1. The two private cubicles can be closed from the inside for peace and privacy.
Yes, it is possible to ship equipment or supplies for your stand to RAI Amsterdam. Our logistics partner is DB Schenker, you will find their order form in the RAI Webshop.
