Stand preparations

Who supplies furniture? / How do I order furniture?

All extra furniture can be ordered in the RAI Webshop.

If you would like to order extra furniture during construction days, please visit the Exhibitor Services Desk in Entrance K or order in the RAI Webshop. Please note that the furniture available during construction days is always subject to change and depends on the stock at that time.

We would like to bring to your attention that the full-service stands are already well-equipped with the included furniture package. Extra furniture may not be necessary.

(Extra) costs for furniture orders are paid by the exhibitor, also when the furniture package included in the full-service particpation is cancelled.

If you want to cancel your full-service furniture package, please send an e-mail to service@offshore-energy.biz.

I ordered audio visual equipment, do I need to construct it myself?

No, that won’t be necessary. The AV supplier will set up the equipment for you. Once you arrive you will be ready to use it.

What are the specifications of stand wall graphics?

Graphics have different sizes depending on the type ordered.

Can I print a graphic on my desk?

It is possible to decorate your desk (part of the full-service furniture package) with a graphic, size 97cm x 97cm.  To order please check the RAI Webshop.

How can I order graphics?

How do I order a raised floor?

What are the dimensions of a raised floor?

The raised floor will have the same dimension as your stand. The height will be 12 cm’s.

What is a co-exhibitor and what is included in its package?

Co-exhibiting includes a listing as official exhibitor, an entry in the event guide, in the exhibitor list online, on the floorplan and includes the company logo printed on the logo board.

  • Maximum of two companies per 12m2
  • €635.- per co-exhibiting company

As a co-exhibitor, you participate alongside the main exhibitor. Please note that any orders that need to be placed via the RAI Webshop—such as parking, catering, stand cleaning, etc.—must be arranged by the main booker.
