With over 18 years of experience in the energy sector, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and insights from engineering, operations, project management, and transformational leadership within roles in Canada, United States, China and the Netherlands. As the former Director of the Erasmus Centre for Energy Transition (ECET) at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR), she co-led a multidisciplinary team that supported transdisciplinary research, experienced based education, engaging and impactful driven programs that address the complex and urgent challenges of the energy transition.  She is passionate about creating value by integrating processes, systems thinking, and people, and empowering them to succeed
