Richard den Hollander is the Business Development Director at Seaway7 (formerly Seaway Heavy Lifting). With nearly three decades of experience at the company, Richard has been pivotal in driving global business development efforts in offshore wind, as well as in the Oil and Gas sectors in the Middle East and India before the company’s transition to a focus on renewables.

Throughout his career, Richard has held various key positions, including roles in business acquisition, marketing, project management, project engineering, and installation engineering.

Richard holds a degree in Civil Engineering has furthered his education with courses in MBA Basics and Financial Management.

His career is marked by a steadfast dedication to advancing renewable energy solutions and strategic leadership in business development.
