Michiel has a passion for the energy transition and developing offshore wind projects. He has been working on offshore projects across the globe, from Australia to Scotland to Italy. In 2022, he joined RWE as Country Lead Offshore Wind Development for The Netherlands, where he built the team who won the tender for Hollandse Kust West VII, now called OranjeWind.
