Marjolein Kelder has been working as a Senior Project Manager at The Rich North Sea since 2021. In addition to leading various practical projects, including the installation of artificial reefs and oyster tables in wind farms, she is involved in implementing agreements from the North Sea Agreement. She also helps ensure that the knowledge gained through the program is shared beyond the Netherlands. Marjolein enjoys collaborating with stakeholders across the offshore wind industry, academia and government to help ensure that the energy transition is nature-inclusive.
