Franck started his carrier as service engineer for jacking system at NOV-BLM. He quickly became service manager for the jacking system in Nov Jebel Ali before opening his own service company in 2009. For the last 17 years, Franck worked on all major newbuilds projects of drilling jackups and wind turbine installation vessels. He also trained crew members to operate the vessels and is often asked to share his experience during incident or jacking failures.
