Celina van den Bank MSc. has a background in building engineering (Eindhoven University of Technology) and specializes in AI in construction processes and the built environment. With her broad experience in digitalization and automation combined with a great insight in commerce, she guides organizations in digital transformation with a new perspective. Celina currently works as Process Manager at VolkerWessels Bouw & Vastgoedontwikkeling where she optimizes and implements construction processes. In addition to her work as Process Manager, Celina represents young engineers in the Netherlands as Chair of Young KIVI Engineers, the branch for young engineers up to 36 years of age within the Royal Netherlands Society of Engineers (KIVI – Koninklijk Instituut Van Ingenieurs). She herself says about this: “Young engineers make the future, literally. At YKE we ensure that they are ready for it by supporting them with professional knowledge, personal growth and relevant network. In this way we can continue to assure ourselves of skilled engineers today and tomorrow.”
