OEEC  proudly presents four prestigious awards celebrating innovation, leadership, and emerging talent within the offshore energy sector.

The Offshore Energy Innovation Award

The Innovation Award Show at Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference 2026 is open for submissions! After a successful editions, this exciting competition is back with our jury, a live audience, and a stage full of groundbreaking innovations.

Innovators will pitch their game-changing solutions, face critical questions from the expert jury, and compete for the title of Best Innovation.

The winner will receive the Innovation Beacon Booth Package at OEEC 2027—an incredible opportunity to showcase their innovation to the industry.

The deadline for the submissions for the award is the 25th of September 2026.

Showtime on 25 November on The Stage from 14:00 to 15:00.

Innovation Criteria

To participate in the Offshore Energy Innovation Show 2026, innovations must meet the following criteria:

  • Proven Functionality
  • Sector Relevance 
  • Global Participation
  • Scalability and Impact
  • Orginality

The deadline for the submissions for the award is the 25th of September 2026.

The innovation must be fully tested and operational, demonstrating its effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

 

The innovation must specifically address challenges or opportunities within the offshore energy sector, including renewable energy, oil & gas, hydrogen, and related fields.

Innovators from any country are welcome to submit their entries. We encourage worldwide participation to bring diverse ideas to the stage.

The Innovation should have the potential for significant positive impact, whether through cost reduction, increased efficiency, environmental sustainability, or safety improvements. It should also demonstrate scalability for broader industry adoption.

The innovation must present a novel approach, method, or technology, distinguishing it from existing solutions in the market.
