Element NL is the association representing the 12 companies licensed to explore and produce natural gas in the Netherlands. Our mission is to ensure a secure, clean, and affordable energy supply during the transition to a CO₂-neutral energy system. We leverage our extensive knowledge of the subsurface and gas infrastructure to facilitate the integration of renewable energy sources, such as hydrogen and carbon capture and storage (CCS), into the existing energy framework. By collaborating with industry partners and stakeholders, Element NL plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy in the Netherlands.
