I’m Raum alsalamah, an Assistant Engineer in Saudi Aramco’s Project Management Team (PMT), working within the Offshore Capital Project Department on the Berri Project—one of Aramco’s most significant offshore developments. With over two years of experience, I have built a strong foundation in product and project management, combining technical expertise with organizational and leadership skills to support the delivery of complex energy projects. My work has strengthened my capabilities in planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving, enabling me to perform effectively in the fast-paced offshore environment. I am particularly focused on ensuring that projects meet their objectives with safety, efficiency, and quality at the forefront.
