Matt leads all operational activity at Well-Safe including rig operations, engineering and HSE. A chartered Mechanical Engineer by training, Matt began his career over 20 years ago at ConocoPhillips, specialising in all well operations before co-founding Well-Safe Solutions in 2017. Well-Safe launched to specialise in Well Decommissioning but have since widened scope into all well operations offshore and now onshore in Europe and added Geothermal to CCUS as additional projects. Well-Safe own 3 offshore rigs, the Well-Safe Protector (JU), Well-Safe Defender (SS) and Well-Safe Guardian. The Well-Safe Protector has been operating in Netherlands for ENI/Neptune for over 2 years.
