Kateryna Knysh is the Head of Analytics at the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association. Over the past 5 years, Kateryna has been working in the Ukrainian wind power sector, reaching working experience in both non-governmental and governmental industry institutions. Kateryna’s main accomplishment during her work at the Ukrainian Wind Energy Association is initiating a study on the prospects of offshore wind power in Ukraine. Kateryna was also in the first cohort of graduates from the only master’s program on International Environmental and Energy Security in Ukraine, taught at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv. She also completed the 2021 Energy Community Summer School Program and Florence School of Regulation course on the Evolution of Electricity Markets in Europe.
