Get ready as we transform the exhibition floor into a buzzing after-hours networking party!
Join us on the first evening of OEEC as the exhibition floor transforms into the OEEC Night Festival — an energetic, after-hours networking experience where business and atmosphere come together.
As part of this annual tradition, the evening evolves into an open and engaging setting where exhibitors keep their stands open, creating a dynamic “festival route” across the floor. Visitors are invited to explore, connect, and engage in a more informal way, making it easy to spark new conversations and strengthen existing relationships.
At the heart of the festival, a central gathering space, immersive light show, and live entertainment set the tone for the night. The evening builds towards a shared closing moment that brings everyone together.

Time: Starts at 18:00
All visitors and exhibitors are welcome to attend. Drinks and snacks are on us! Your ticket to the exhibition includes access to the party.

How it works
- Exhibitors are allowed to host a themed activation at their stand
from 18:00–20:30 - The Official Offshore Energy Party will end at 21:30 at the Stage
- Pick a theme and bring it to life with drinks, bites, and entertainment
- Be featured in the official party map, program, and promotions
Your contribution
To keep quality high, Navingo coordinates and participants are asked to:
- Pay a €500 fee (covers central programming & promotion)
- Keep your stand open and interactive until 20:30
- Offer themed drinks, snacks, and entertainment
- Embrace creativity and engage visitors
Ready to join the party?
- Choose your theme: select one of the pre-defined themes — or propose your own concept that fits the energy transition spirit.
- Share your concept: briefly outline your plans for drinks, bites, entertainment, music etc.
- Confirm your participation by 15 September 2025 by sending an email to service@offshore-energy.biz
- After confirmation, the OEEC team will link you to RAI Exhibitor Services to handle catering. All orders need to go through them, as they coordinate all catering services at the venue.
