The Offshore Energy Leadership Award honors an individual at C-level who has shown outstanding leadership in shaping the future of offshore energy. Whether through international vision, sustainable innovation, or groundbreaking cross-sector collaboration, this award highlights those who drive progress and inspire change within the industry. 

Judging is in the hands of our jury members Annemiek Asschert, Manager New Energies & Innovation at EBN, Lex de Groot, Managing Director at Eni Energy Netherlands B.V. and Maurits den Broeder, Managing Director Offshore Energy & Executive Committee at Van Oord.

We are seeking for a leader who demonstrates at least several of the following qualities:

• Decision Maker and Thought Leader
  Decision-maker and thought leader with a mission for change. Who believes in a sustainable and secure offshore energy industry.
• Change Maker
  A person who can inspire and convince others for this necessary but difficult change in the industry.
• Dialogue Facilitator
  Acts with credibility, considers social concerns (climate, communities, jobs), and can turn resistance into dialogue
• Open Communicator
  Open communicator on risks and decisions toward government, society, and/or supply chain partners
• Advocate for Sustainability
  Proven track record of advocating choices towards a more sustainable and vital offshore industry.
• Bridge Builder
  Building bridges between public and private parties.
• Innovation Driver
  Who drives innovation and reaches out for collaboration
