We want to help creating a business community that benefits from seeing each other as exhibitor for many years and we value the loyalty of this business community..

For whom applicable?

  • For each exhibitor that has exhibited or will exhibit at OEEC. 
  • A company that participated as exhibitor at OEEC in the previous year will have a “head start” compared to a company that exhibits for the first time at OEEC. But the next, this latter company will also enjoy the discount in this loyalty program.

How does it work? 

  • All exhibitors who book a consecutive year as exhibitor are entitled to a loyalty discount of 5,0%.
  • Each consecutive year, an exhibitor is entitled to receive an additional discount of 5,0% on the pricelist for the year the exhibitor books. The maximum discount % that applies in total is 20,0%. The booking must be made before May 1st of that year.
  • There are ways to speed up the way of getting to this 20,0%.
  • Examples of getting faster to the maximum % of 20,0% are:
    If you book before the end of the exclusive rebook period, you receive an additional discount of 5%, up to a limit of 20% in total discount. 
    Conclude a 3 year agreement for being an exhibitor at OEEC. 
 

What are the “rules of the game”?

  • At least the same size booth.
    Your consecutive booking must be for a booth that has at least the same size as the previous year. So if you booked 24m2 in year 1, your discount for year 2 will only apply if you book a stand of at least 24m2 for year 2. Every year after that will result in an additional discount of 5%, when you book at least the same size booth.
  • Maximum discount of 20% on list prices applicable for the year you are an exhibitor.
  • The discount % will be applied on the higher m2 amount.
    In case you booked 24m2 in year 1 and you want to book more than 24m2 in year 2, let’s say 32m2, than you will get the discount on 32m2.
  • Your loyalty discount will be deferred if you go smaller.
    In case you booked 24m2 in year 1 and you want to book less than 24m2 in year 2, let’s say 18m2, than you will not get a discount for that year. In the next year, you will get a discount of 5% if you book at least 18m2.
  • A 3 year agreement accelerates discount % build up.
    Either in year 3 or in year 1, you will be awarded with an additional discount rate, getting you faster to the 20,0% maximum discount rate.
    See examples in Table 1.

    Applies when you sign a 3 year agreement as an exhibitor, so for 2024, 2025, 2026.A downpayment of only 20% for the two future years will secure your faster build of the discount rate.
    This downpayment must be fulfilled before September 1st of the year you sign the 3 year agreement. Invoice dates will be in Q2 and Q3 of the year you sign the agreement.
    Your paid instalments will be returned for a certain year, if it becomes apparent before March 1st of that certain exhibition year, that the exhibition will not be held.
    In case you have a no show in 2024 or 2025, your paid instalments will be lost.
