Carlos Martin Rivals is a senior executive and recognized leader in floating offshore wind, with more than 15 years of experience spanning project development, technology selection, supply chain strategy, and project finance. He is currently General Manager for Floating Offshore Wind and Market Development at Dajin Offshore, a leading global foundations fabricator. He also sits at the Board of GWEC. Previously, he was founder and CEO of BlueFloat Energy, building it into a global developer in floating wind projects. Carlos was Project Director for WindFloat Atlantic at EDPR, running the project from early phases till FID, in close collaboration with Principle Power. He holds a Civil Engineering degree and an MBA from Insead. He is an Associate Professor of Strategy and IE University
