Viana Iancu is Business Development Manager for Carbon Storage at the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA), where she focuses on the commercial and strategic development of the UK carbon storage sector. Her work spans industry engagement, policy development, and supporting the growth of carbon storage projects critical to the UK’s net zero ambitions. Viana works closely with developers, investors, and government stakeholders to help accelerate deployment of carbon storage infrastructure. Before moving into her current role, she led carbon storage policy at the NSTA and previously spent over five years in government working on environmental policy.
