Co-Founder and CEO at zepp.solutions
Jan founded zepp.solutions in 2017 together with four former colleagues of the Forze Hydrogen Racing Team of the TU Delft. Recognising the potential of fully integrated hydrogen technology modules early on, their mission from the start has been to make hydrogen fuel cell technology accessible and attractive to all vehicle manufacturers, shipyards and industrial operators. Zepp’s systems are used in a growing portfolio of products and projects, ranging from heavy-duty trucks and excavators to generator sets and other stationary power solutions. No bold promises of a hydrogen-powered tomorrow, but reliable and optimised systems that are available and in use today.
zepp.generator
These containerised hydrogen-electric gensets deliver off-grid, zero-emission and cost-effective power across a range of capacities (150 kW to 600 kW continuous output, up to 1 MW peak) as drop-in replacements for diesel systems. Built on the company’s proven X150 fuel-cell technology, they feature customizable AC and DC output interfaces, including fast-charger compatibility, making them ideal for sectors such as construction, events, infrastructure and grid-support applications.
“Replacing diesel generators with hydrogen-electric systems is one of the fastest ways to cut emissions without compromise on performance or reliability.”
