Chief Development Officer at Ocean Ecostructures
David is a Civil Engineer with an MBA from IESE. He initiated his career in the Corporate Development area of Havas Media, a global media agency, followed by different roles. He later became CEO of ISP, a group selling technology enabled marketing services in 14 countries.
In 2019, he decided to step out from his position and moved to the Netherlands, where he co-founded BlueHeart Energy, a climate tech company working in the decarbonization of heating.
Back in Barcelona, in early 2024 he joined Ocean Ecostructures as partner and Chief Development Officer. Ocean Ecostructures develops solutions to renaturalize marine infrastructures, accurately measuring the environmental results and turning them into economic benefits for its customers.
David is also a member of the board of directors of Borges and Viver Cleantech.
