Maxim Segeren leads Tree Composites with passion, combining deep technical expertise with a strong sense of purpose. With a background in the design of offshore foundations and experience in innovation and technology transfer at TU Delft, he brings both engineering insight and strategic awareness to his leadership. Since his studies, Maxim has been committed to contributing to the energy transition, deliberately steering his career toward offshore wind to make meaningful impact. He believes that real innovation is delivered by teams grounded in trust and shared commitment—with that in mind, the company is developing cutting-edge wrapped composite joints and fostering a culture of care, creativity, and collective progress.
